A boy in Michigan decided he's not going to wait for officials to fill the large potholes on streets near his home.  Instead he’s getting his hands dirty and filling them himself.  12-year-old Monte Scott starting filling potholes using a shovel and dirt from his backyard in Muskegon Heights after his mom’s car “got messed up.”  Monte didn’t even tell anyone about what he was doing.  Someone took video of him filling the holes and posted it to Facebook.  A TV station got news of it and since then, his story has taken off.  Since he started a few weeks ago, Monte has filled over 15 potholes around his family's home.
