One of our favorite things about Sonrise is hearing from people who’ve been touched by something they heard on the show. Whether it’s a song that made an impact on your life, or a story that someone shared, it’s great to know that it’s helped in some way, so if there is something that has touched you in a special way, we’d love to hear about it. Everybody has a story, and we’d love to hear yours.

Navigating high school just got a little easier for one Montgomery County High School senior in Norman, AR, thanks to a surprise from a fellow classmate. Brandon Qualls has been confined to a manual wheelchair for years. What he didn’t know is that Tanner Wilson had been working a part time job for almost three years to save enough to buy him an electric wheelchair! Tanner finally found and bought one, then brought it to school to surprise Brandon. And was he ever surprised! His teacher Ginger Wray caught it all on video and even went home that evening to make some flames to decorate it. Tanner’s act of giving really shows us all what love is all about.
